Regardless of the scope, whether it's a construction, IT, or any other project, without communication, without the effort to collectively develop solutions for arising tasks, it simply works less well or not at all."Germany now has 56 Premier Inn Deutschland hotels and we've had the privilege of implementing 30 of them 💪 . In terms of size and fame, one project stood out:🏙 Berlin, Alexanderplatz 😲 403 rooms, equivalent to approximately 3,500 pieces of furniture The #remodeling needed to be executed at a rapid pace with tightly scheduled construction phases and inspections. Simultaneously, the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐬 were introduced for the first time - an upgrade for 10-15% of the rooms in all Premier Inn hotels. The volume, tight scheduling, and the new room concept required 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 among all project participants through kickoff meetings, video calls, and on-site appointments. Only in this way can tasks be identified and resolved early in a project of this magnitude, before they even arise. Of course, all of this while operations were ongoing... 🏃♂️ To cut a long story short: top communication, excellent collaboration = 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝.❔ How do you see it?
